    An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to order. Just as in a supermarket you can add as many items as you want from any of the categories before check out.

    Shipping charges for orders inside the valley is free and for outside the valley depends upon location.

  • What about other taxes and levies like VAT.?

    All item prices on ibase are inclusive of VAT.

  • What locations do you ship to?

    We deliver to all over Nepal,  for details on a particular location please info@ibase.com.np

  • What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from ibase?

    Customer has to verify if the product is damaged during the time of receiving the product, iBASE will not be responsible or provide any warranty after few weeks of receiving the product for physical damages.

  • How can I return a product ordered from ibase?

    For all goods once bought cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • What are the various methods by which you can pay for your order?

    Customers inside valley can pay through cash on delivery method and for customers outside valley they can wire the money to our bank account before the order is dispatched.

  • Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?

    Orders can be cancelled or changed before the order is dispatched once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • What are the warranty terms offered on my products?

    One Year warranty in all the Laptops and PC from the date of purchase subject to the below Terms & Conditions:

    1. iBASE is not responsible for any kind of data loss during repair of the product. Customer must backup all the data before leaving it for repair.
    2. No warranty of screen (including any cable/accessories attached with screen) or touch in all the touch laptops and touch PC. 
    3. No warranty of battery backup. Warranty in battery is valid only if it is dead (less that 10 minutes backup).
    4. No warranty of DOTS in the screen. 
    5. No warranty if the product is damaged due to improper/erratic electric supply (Laptop/Adapter)
    6. No warranty if serial number or the warranty seal is removed/defaced and product is serviced or repaired at other place. 
    7. No warranty of any kind of physical damage/liquid spillage
    8. No warranty of any kind of software. 
    9. Buyer must bring laptop, bill(optional) for warranty claim.
    10. In case repair of hardware failure it will normally take approximately 3-5 weeks to get the parts replaced. 
    11. Buyer must collect the product withing 15 days of repair after confirmation.
